After leaving Canaccord, Joel Cohen started his own consulting firm where he consulted for numerous companies operating in multiple sectors including telecom, healthcare, energy, services and technology. Mr. Cohen consults for his clients in areas such as corporate structuring especially with respect to going public transactions, strategic growth and corporate finance with a focus on the technology space.
